9494 entrepreneurs; 9
9595 ‘‘(III) the qualifications needed 10
9696 for skills development providers to 11
9797 successfully develop the entrepre-12
9898 neurial skills of individuals; 13
9999 ‘‘(IV) strategies for engaging em-14
100100 ployers and other private sector part-15
101101 ners; 16
102102 ‘‘(V) such program outcomes that 17
103103 correlate with entrepreneurial success; 18
104104 ‘‘(VI) how such programs suc-19
105105 cessfully measure the progress of par-20
106106 ticipants in such programs; 21
107107 ‘‘(VII) the extent to which such 22
108108 programs lead to industry recognized 23
