111	111	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
112	112	SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
113	113	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Major Richard Star 4
114	114	Act’’. 5

196	196	1413a(f) of such title is amended by striking ‘‘Sub-13
197	197	section (d)’’ and inserting ‘‘Subsection (c)’’. 14

199	199	FFECTIVEDATE.—The amendments made by 15
200	200	this section shall take effect on the first day of the first 16
201	201	month beginning after the date of the enactment of this 17
