234234 RIDOR.—As a condition of the transfer of land under sub-23
235235 section (b), not later than 30 days after the date on which 24
236236 the land is taken into trust by the United States for the 25

244244 of high-voltage transmission facilities consistent with ex-5
245245 isting renewable energy transmission agreements between 6
246246 the Tribe and the qualified electric utility on the Snow 7
247247 Mountain Reservation. 8

376376 flood control and water management facilities), parks, and 14
377377 educational facilities, without requiring approval of the 15
378378 Secretary, consistent with the requirements of that Act. 16
