SECTION 1. JAMES SOLOMON RUSSELL POST OFFICE. 3

ESIGNATION.—The facility of the United States 4
Postal Service located at 409 South Hicks Street in 5
Lawrenceville, Virginia, shall be known and designated as 6
the ‘‘James Solomon Russell Post Office’’. 7

EFERENCES.—Any reference in a law, map, reg-8
ulation, document, paper, or other record of the United 9
