| 37 | 37 | | In this subsection, the term ‘covered logging vehicle’ 6 |

|---|
| 39 | 39 | | ‘‘(A) is transporting raw or unfinished for-8 |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | est products, including logs, pulpwood, biomass, 9 |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | or wood chips; 10 |
|---|
| 42 | 42 | | ‘‘(B) is traveling a distance not greater 11 |
|---|
| 43 | 43 | | than 150 air miles on the Interstate from origin 12 |
|---|
| 44 | 44 | | to a storage or processing facility; and 13 |
|---|
| 45 | 45 | | ‘‘(C) meets State legal weight tolerances 14 |
|---|
| 46 | 46 | | and vehicle configurations for transporting raw 15 |
|---|
| 47 | 47 | | or unfinished forest products within the State 16 |
|---|
| 48 | 48 | | boundaries in which the vehicle is operating. 17 |
