42 | 42 | | ceeding 500 feet per second; 13 |
---|
43 | 43 | | ‘‘(ii) is designed and intended to be used in a 14 |
---|
44 | 44 | | manner that is not likely to cause death or serious 15 |
---|
45 | 45 | | bodily injury; and 16 |

46 | 46 | | ‘‘(iii) does not accept, and is not able to be 17 |

47 | 47 | | readily modified to accept, an ammunition feeding 18 |
