31 | 31 | | NGENERAL.—Until on or after the date that 4 |

32 | 32 | | full-year appropriations for the National Oceanic and At-5 |

33 | 33 | | mospheric Administration for fiscal year 2026 have been 6 |

34 | 34 | | enacted into law, the Administration may not— 7 |
---|
35 | 35 | | (1) initiate or implement any reduction in force; 8 |
---|
36 | 36 | | or 9 |
---|
37 | 37 | | (2) conduct an involuntary separation of any 10 |
---|
38 | 38 | | employee in the competitive service, any career em-11 |
---|
39 | 39 | | ployee in the excepted service, or any career ap-12 |
---|
40 | 40 | | pointee in the Senior Executive Service of the Ad-13 |
---|
41 | 41 | | ministration except for cause on charges of mis-14 |
---|
42 | 42 | | conduct, delinquency, or inefficiency. 15 |

44 | 44 | | PPLICATION.—For the purposes of carrying out 16 |
