| 37 | 37 | | NGENERAL.—The Secretary shall conduct a 7 |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | boundary study to evaluate the suitability and feasibility 8 |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | of including in the National Park System, as part of the 9 |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | Salem Maritime National Historical Park (as redesignated 10 |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | by section 2(a)), sites and resources in the study area as-11 |
|---|
| 42 | 42 | | sociated with the study area’s— 12 |
|---|
| 43 | 43 | | (1) maritime history; 13 |
|---|
| 44 | 44 | | (2) coastal defenses; and 14 |
|---|
| 45 | 45 | | (3) military history, including National Guard 15 |
|---|
| 46 | 46 | | and militia activity. 16 |

| 48 | 48 | | EPORT.—Not later than 3 years after the date 17 |

| 49 | 49 | | on which funds are made available to conduct the study 18 |
