for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. EXCEPTION FOR CERTAIN LOCATIONS. 3
Section 41731(c) of title 49, United States Code, is 4
amended— 5
(1) in the subsection heading by striking 6
‘‘A
LASKA AND HAWAII’’ and inserting ‘‘ALASKA, 7
