SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Protecting Access to 4
Ground Ambulance Medical Services Act of 2025’’. 5

LANCE SERVICES. 2
Section 1834(l) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 3
1395m(l)) is amended— 4
(1) in paragraph (12)(A), by striking ‘‘2025’’ 5
and inserting ‘‘2028’’; and 6
(2) in paragraph (13)(A), by striking ‘‘2025’’ 7
each place it appears and inserting ‘‘2028’’ in each 8
such place. 9
