reprieve, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Signature Integrity 4
for Granting National Pardons Act’’ or the ‘‘SIGN Par-5
dons Act’’. 6
SEC. 2. PRESIDENTIAL SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR PAR-7
DONS. 8
The President shall personally sign any pardon or re-9
prieve that the President grants pursuant to Article II, 10
