Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Don’t Penalize Victims 4
Act’’. 5

Section 312(a) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Re-2

is amended by striking ‘‘or any other source’’. 4
