| 35 | 35 | | NGENERAL.—In the case that a district court 8 |

| 36 | 36 | | of the United States grants a nationwide injunction, the 9 |

| 37 | 37 | | appeal from the order granting such injunction shall lie 10 |

| 38 | 38 | | to the Supreme Court. 11 |

| 41 | 41 | | wide injunction’ means an order issued by a Federal court 13 |

| 43 | 43 | | statute, regulation, order, or similar authority against a 15 |

| 44 | 44 | | non-party, unless the non-party is represented by a party 16 |
