EXTENSION AND NAME CHANGE OF PANDEMIC RE-1 SPONSE ACCOUNTABILITY COMMITTEE. 2 (a) I NGENERAL.—Section 15010 of the CARES Act 3 (Public Law 116–136; 134 Stat. 540; 5 U.S.C. 424 note) 4 is amended— 5 (1) in subsection (b), by striking ‘‘Pandemic 6 Response Accountability Committee’’ and inserting 7 ‘‘Fraud Prevention and Accountability Committee’’; 8 and 9 (2) in subsection (k), by striking ‘‘September 10 30, 2025’’ and inserting ‘‘December 31, 2026’’. 11 (b) T ECHNICAL ANDCONFORMINGAMENDMENTS.— 12 Section 15010 of the CARES Act (Public Law 116–136; 13 134 Stat. 540; 5 U.S.C. 424 note), as amended by the 14 preceding subsection, is further amended— 15 (1) in the heading, by striking ‘‘ PANDEMIC RE-16 SPONSE ACCOUNTABILITY COMMITTE ’’ and inserting 17 ‘‘ FRAUD PREVENTION AND ACCOUNTABILITY COM -18 MITTEE’’; and 19 (2) by striking ‘‘section 6 of the Inspector Gen-20 eral Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App)’’ and inserting ‘‘section 406 of 12 title 5, United States Code’’; and 13 (B) in subparagraph (B), by striking ‘‘sec-14 tion 4(b)(1) of the Inspector General Act of 15 1978 (5 U.S.C.
