LIMITATION ON PERCENTAGE OF FUNDS MADE 1 AVAILABLE THAT MAY BE USED FOR ADMIN-2 ISTRATIVE EXPENSES. 3 Section 404(b) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 4 604(b)) is amended— 5 (1) in paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘15’’ and in-6 serting ‘‘10’’; and 7 (2) in paragraph (2), by inserting ‘‘, or for case 8 management needed to assist individuals with devel-9 oping an individual responsibility plan pursuant to 10 section 408(b)’’ before the period. 11 SEC. 3. LIMITATION ON PERCENTAGE OF QUALIFIED STATE 12 EXPENDITURES THAT MAY CONSIST OF CER-13 TAIN ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES. 14 Section 409(a)(7)(B)(i)(I)(dd) of the Social Security 15 Act (42 U.S.C. 609(a)(7)(B)(i)(I)(dd)) is amended by 16 striking ‘‘15’’ and inserting ‘‘10’’. 17 SEC. 4.
