47 | 47 | | take into consideration the recommendations of the 12 |

48 | 48 | | Children’s Health Protection Advisory Committee. 13 |

51 | 51 | | The Administrator of the Environmental Protection 15 |

52 | 52 | | Agency shall delegate to the Director of the Office 16 |

53 | 53 | | responsibility to serve as Co-Chair, on behalf of the 17 |
---|
54 | 54 | | Administrator, of the President’s Task Force on En-18 |
---|
55 | 55 | | vironmental Health Risks and Safety Risks to Chil-19 |
---|
56 | 56 | | dren established by Executive Order 13045. 20 |

58 | 58 | | UTIES.—The Director of the Office shall— 21 |

59 | 59 | | (1) identify and assess environmental health 22 |
---|
60 | 60 | | risks and safety risks that may disproportionately 23 |
---|
61 | 61 | | affect infants, children, and adolescents; 24 |
---|
62 | 62 | | (2) work to ensure that Federal policies, pro-25 |
---|
63 | 63 | | grams, activities, and standards address dispropor-26 |
---|

79 | 79 | | (5) carry out other duties as the Administrator 13 |

80 | 80 | | determines appropriate, including any responsibil-14 |

81 | 81 | | ities of the Administrator under Executive Order 15 |
