| 50 | 50 | | GRANTS.—For purposes of paragraph (1), collegiate 20 |

| 52 | 52 | | vide, improve, operate, or maintain collegiate hous-22 |

| 53 | 53 | | ing property that may involve more than incidental 23 |

|---|
| 73 | 73 | | at the college or university in the community where 13 |
|---|
