Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Food Secure Strikers 2
Act of 2025’’. 3
SEC. 2. ELIGIBILITY OF STRIKING WORKERS. 4
Section 6(d) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 5
(7 U.S.C. 2015(d)) is amended— 6
(1) in paragraph (1)(D)— 7
(A) by striking clause (iv); and 8
(B) by redesignating clauses (v) and (vi) 9
as clauses (iv) and (v), respectively; and 10
(2) in paragraph (3)— 11
(A) by striking ‘‘participate in the supple-12
mental nutrition assistance program at any 13
time that’’ and inserting ‘‘be ineligible to par-14
ticipate in the supplemental nutrition assistance 15
program as a result of’’; 16
(B) by striking ‘‘is on strike’’ and inserting 17
‘‘being on strike’’; and 18
(C) by striking ‘‘: Provided, That’’ and all 19
that follows through the period at the end and 20
inserting a period. 21
