4141 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Food Secure Strikers 2
4242 Act of 2025’’. 3
4343 SEC. 2. ELIGIBILITY OF STRIKING WORKERS. 4
4444 Section 6(d) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 5
4545 (7 U.S.C. 2015(d)) is amended— 6
4646 (1) in paragraph (1)(D)— 7
4747 (A) by striking clause (iv); and 8
4848 (B) by redesignating clauses (v) and (vi) 9
4949 as clauses (iv) and (v), respectively; and 10
5050 (2) in paragraph (3)— 11
5151 (A) by striking ‘‘participate in the supple-12
5252 mental nutrition assistance program at any 13
5353 time that’’ and inserting ‘‘be ineligible to par-14
5454 ticipate in the supplemental nutrition assistance 15
5555 program as a result of’’; 16
5656 (B) by striking ‘‘is on strike’’ and inserting 17
5757 ‘‘being on strike’’; and 18
5858 (C) by striking ‘‘: Provided, That’’ and all 19
5959 that follows through the period at the end and 20
