Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Rhode Island Fisher-4
men’s Fairness Act of 2025’’. 5
SEC. 2. ADDITION OF RHODE ISLAND TO THE MID-ATLAN-6
TIC FISHERY MANAGEMENT COUNCIL. 7
Section 302(a)(1)(B) of the Magnuson-Stevens Fish-8
ery Conservation and Management Act (16 U.S.C. 9
1852(a)(1)(B)) is amended— 10
