41 | 41 | | a State agency that agrees to provide fund-11 |

42 | 42 | | ing from sources other than Federal funds 12 |

43 | 43 | | to ensure that local educational agencies in 13 |

44 | 44 | | the State receive the free reimbursement 14 |

45 | 45 | | rate for 100 percent of the meals served at 15 |

46 | 46 | | applicable schools, as defined by the Sec-16 |
