3535 TATEWIDE COMMUNITY ELIGI -5
3636 BILITY.—For each school year beginning 6
3737 on or after July 1, 2025, the Secretary 7
3838 shall establish an option for States to uti-8
3939 lize a statewide community eligibility pro-9
4040 gram, for purposes of which, in the case of 10
4141 a State agency that agrees to provide fund-11
4242 ing from sources other than Federal funds 12
4343 to ensure that local educational agencies in 13
4444 the State receive the free reimbursement 14
4545 rate for 100 percent of the meals served at 15
4646 applicable schools, as defined by the Sec-16
4747 retary— 17
4848 ‘‘(I) the multiplier described in 18
4949 clause (vii) shall apply; 19
5050 ‘‘(II) the threshold described in 20
5151 clause (viii) shall be zero; and 21
5252 ‘‘(III) the percentage of enrolled 22
5353 students who were identified students 23
5454 shall be calculated across all applica-24
