To transfer the headquarters of the National Aeronautics
and Space Administration to Brevard County, Florida,
and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Consolidating Aero-4
space Programs Efficiently at Canaveral Act’’ or the 5
‘‘CAPE Canaveral Act’’. 6

SEC. 2. TRANSFER OF NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE 1
ADMINISTRATION HEADQUARTERS TO 2
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA. 3
Not later than one year after the date of the enact-4
ment of this Act, the headquarters of the National Aero-5
nautics and Space Administration shall be transferred to 6
Brevard County, Florida. 7
