36 | 36 | | Ivanishvili or any proxies due to the Ivanishvili re-7 |

37 | 37 | | gime’s ongoing crimes against the Georgian people; 8 |

38 | 38 | | (2) to actively oppose recognition or normaliza-9 |

39 | 39 | | tion of relations by other governments with any Gov-10 |
---|
40 | 40 | | ernment of Georgia that is led by Bidzina Ivanishvili 11 |

41 | 41 | | or any proxies, including by fully implementing the 12 |

42 | 42 | | mandatory primary and secondary sanctions in Ex-13 |

48 | 48 | | behalf of the Chinese Communist Party, the Iranian 19 |
