the Education Amendments of 1972, locker room facilities in active
use in connection with an education program or activity may be in
use only by individuals of the same sex as determined solely on each

A BILL

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Keep Our Girls Safe 2
Act of 2025’’. 3
SEC. 2. PROHIBITION. 4
It shall be unlawful under title IX of the Education 5
Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.) for an indi-6
vidual of one sex (as determined solely on reproductive bi-7
ology and genetics at birth) to use a locker room while 8
such room is in active use by individuals of a different 9
sex in connection with an education program or activity. 10
SEC. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. 11
This Act shall take effect 30 days after the date of 12
the enactment of this Act. 13
