A BILL
To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to preclude
the naturalization of any person who has unlawfully en-
tered the United States.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘No Citizenship for 4
Alien Invaders Act of 2025’’. 5
SEC. 2. INELIGIBILITY FOR NATURALIZATION. 6
Section 312 of the Immigration and Nationality Act 7
(8 U.S.C. 1423) is amended by adding at the end the fol-8
lowing: ‘‘No alien who enters the United States unlawfully 9
