Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Repealing Outdated 4
and Unilateral Tariff Authorities Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. REPEAL. 6
Section 338 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 7
1338) is hereby repealed. 8
