34 | 34 | | cargo or is waiting to be loaded to transport goods or 5 |

45 | 45 | | driver’ means any commercial motor vehicle operator 13 |

46 | 46 | | with respect to whom the Secretary of Transpor-14 |

47 | 47 | | tation has power to establish qualifications and max-15 |
---|
48 | 48 | | imum hours of service pursuant to the provisions of 16 |
---|

52 | 52 | | term ‘covered restroom facility’ means a restroom lo-19 |

54 | 54 | | that is intended for use by customers or employees 21 |
---|
55 | 55 | | of the establishment and that is— 22 |

56 | 56 | | ‘‘(A) located in an area where providing 23 |
