COMMUNITY-BASED OUTPATIENT CLINIC, 4
LUBBOCK, TEXAS. 5
The Department of Veterans Affairs community- 6
based outpatient clinic in Lubbock, Texas, shall after the 7
date of the enactment of this Act be known and designated 8
as the ‘‘General Bernie Mittemeyer VA Clinic’’. Any ref-9
erence to such clinic in any law, regulation, map, docu-10
