| 70 | 70 | | (2) the term ‘‘agency’’ has the meaning given 9 |

| 71 | 71 | | the term in section 551 of title 5, United States 10 |

| 72 | 72 | | Code, and includes the Executive Office of the Presi-11 |
|---|
| 73 | 73 | | dent and the Office of Management and Budget; 12 |
|---|
| 74 | 74 | | (3) the term ‘‘sensitive position’’ means any po-13 |
|---|
| 75 | 75 | | sition who has been granted access to classified in-14 |
|---|
| 76 | 76 | | formation, positions that could reasonably be ex-15 |
|---|
| 77 | 77 | | pected to affect safety, security, National security, 16 |
|---|
