3232 ISSIMMEE RIVER, FLORIDA.— 6
3333 ‘‘(A) I
3434 N GENERAL.—The restored segment 7
3535 of the Kissimmee River, beginning approxi-8
3636 mately 16 miles downstream of Lake Kis-9
3737 simmee and ending approximately 15 miles up-10
3838 stream of Lake Okeechobee, to be administered 11
3939 by the Secretary of the Interior as a rec-12
4040 reational river. 13
4141 ‘‘(B) W
4242 ITHDRAWAL.—Subject to valid ex-14
4343 isting rights, the Federal land within the 15
4444 boundaries of the river segments designated by 16
4545 subparagraph (A) is withdrawn from all forms 17
4646 of— 18
4747 ‘‘(i) entry, appropriation, or disposal 19
4848 under the public land laws; 20
4949 ‘‘(ii) location, entry, and patent under 21
5050 the mining laws; and 22
5151 ‘‘(iii) disposition under all laws relat-23
5252 ing to mineral and geothermal leasing or 24
5353 mineral materials.’’. 25
