2929 (a) I
3030 NGENERAL.—There are hereby appropriated, 4
3131 out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appro-5
3232 priated, for each fiscal year after fiscal year 2024, such 6
3333 sums as necessary for payment of the Coast Guard Re-7
3434 tired Serviceman’s Family Protection and Survivor Bene-8
3535 fits Plans, as are described in the provision regarding 9
3636 Coast Guard retired pay in title II of division F of the 10
3737 Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116– 11
3838 260), at a rate for operations and under the terms and 12
3939 conditions provided by the most recent law making full- 13
4040 year appropriations for such Coast Guard Retired Service-14
4141 man’s Family Protection and Survivor Benefits Plans. 15

4343 FFECT OFENACTMENT OF SUBSEQUENTAP-16
4444 PROPRIATIONS.—If an appropriation for such Coast 17
4545 Guard Retired Serviceman’s Family Protection and Sur-18
4646 vivor Benefits Plans, or a general appropriation bill pro-19
4747 viding appropriations for the Coast Guard without provi-20
4848 sion for such Coast Guard Retired Serviceman’s Family 21
4949 Protection and Survivor Benefits Plans, is enacted into 22
5050 law on any date after the date of the enactment of this 23
5151 Act that provides for appropriations during a fiscal year 24
5252 following the expenditure of funds during such fiscal year 25
5353 pursuant to this Act— 26
