Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Love Them Both Act 4
of 2025’’. 5

SEC. 2. REGULATORY IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PREG-1
NANT WORKERS FAIRNESS ACT. 2
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission 3
and the Board of Directors of the Office of Congressional 4
Workplace Rights may not, pursuant to section 105 of the 5
Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (42 U.S.C. 2000gg–3), 6
finalize, implement, or enforce any regulation that applies 7
to abortion or the coverage of abortion or abortion-related 8
services. 9
