72 | 72 | | ORSEIZEDPURSUANT TOREGULATIONS.—Any property 11 |

73 | 73 | | recalled or seized on or after May 15, 2015, pursuant to 12 |

74 | 74 | | a regulation, rule, guidance, policy, or recommendation 13 |
---|
75 | 75 | | issued as described in subsection (a)(1) shall be returned, 14 |

76 | 76 | | replaced, or re-issued to the agency from which recalled 15 |
---|
77 | 77 | | or seized, at no cost to such agency, as soon as practicable 16 |
---|
78 | 78 | | after the date of the enactment of this Act, if— 17 |
---|
79 | 79 | | (1) such agency requests that the property be 18 |
---|
80 | 80 | | returned, replaced, or re-issued; 19 |
---|
81 | 81 | | (2) such agency satisfies the conditions set 20 |

82 | 82 | | forth under 2576a of title 10, United States Code, 21 |
