To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize
grants for building communities of recovery.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Communities of Recov-4
ery Reauthorization Act of 2025’’. 5
SEC. 2. BUILDING COMMUNITIES OF RECOVERY. 6
Section 547(f) of the Public Health Service Act (42 7
U.S.C. 290ee–2(f)) is amended by striking ‘‘$5,000,000 8
for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023’’ and inserting 9
