2929 NGENERAL.—Title VII of the Communications 3
3030 Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 601 et seq.) is amended by adding 4

3232 ‘‘SEC. 723. RESIDENTIAL RATES FOR VETERANS’ ORGANIZA-6

3434 ‘‘(a) I
3535 NGENERAL.—A provider of a covered service 8
3636 shall charge a veterans’ organization for a covered service 9
3737 delivered to the property at which the organization pri-10
3838 marily operates the rate that the provider would charge 11
3939 for the service if the organization were an individual or 12
4040 household residing at the property, if the rate is less than 13
4141 the rate that the provider would charge the organization 14
4242 for the service without regard to this section. 15
4343 ‘‘(b) D
4444 EFINITIONS.—In this section: 16
4545 ‘‘(1) C
4646 OVERED SERVICE.—The term ‘covered 17
4747 service’ means— 18
4848 ‘‘(A) a cable service (as defined in section 19
4949 602); and 20
5050 ‘‘(B) a voice service (as defined in section 21
5151 227(e)(8)), except for a commercial mobile serv-22
5252 ice (as defined in section 332(d)). 23

5454 ETERANS’ ORGANIZATION.—The term 24
5555 ‘veterans’ organization’ means any organization rec-25
