Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Paula Bohovesky and 4
Joan D’Alessandro Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. DEATH OR IMPRISONMENT FOR CRIMES AGAINST 6
CHILDREN. 7
Section 3559(d)(1)(A) of title 18, United States 8
Code, is amended by inserting after ‘‘14 years’’ the fol-9
