Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Setting the Table for 4 Transition Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. DEFINITION. 5 For purposes of this Act, the term ‘‘veteran’’ means 6 an individual who served in the active military, naval, or 7 air service, and who was discharged or released therefrom 8 under conditions other than dishonorable. 9 SEC. 4.
