Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. EXECUTIVE ORDER 14220. 3
Executive Order 14220, entitled ‘‘Addressing the 4
Threat to National Security From Imports of Copper’’ (90 5
Fed. Reg. 11001; February 25, 2025), and any action 6
taken or regulation issued by any agency pursuant to such 7
Executive Order shall remain in effect. 8
