3939 (1) in paragraph (5), by inserting ‘‘(11),’’ be-9

4141 (2) by striking paragraph (11) and inserting 11

4343 ‘‘(11) Information concerning mental health, in-13

4545 ‘‘(A) the availability of mental health serv-15
4646 ices furnished by the Secretary concerned, the 16
4747 Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Veterans 17
4848 Affairs, or a non-profit entity; 18
4949 ‘‘(B) the treatment of post-traumatic 19
5050 stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, anxiety 20
5151 disorders, depression, chronic pain, sleep dis-21
5252 orders, suicidal ideation, or other mental health 22
5353 conditions associated with service in the armed 23

5555 ‘‘(C) the risk of suicide, including signs, 25

6969 a member separating from the armed forces; 10

8383 roll in the system of patient enrollment under sec-23

9494 N GENERAL.—Not later than one year 5
9595 after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Sec-6
9696 retary of Defense and the Secretary of Veterans Af-7
9797 fairs shall jointly submit to the appropriate congres-8
9898 sional committees a report on the information and 9
9999 materials developed pursuant to the amendments 10
100100 made by this Act. 11

103103 TEES DEFINED.—In this subsection, the term ‘‘ap-13
104104 propriate congressional committees’’ means— 14
