2020 of Resources for Absurd Defense Expenditures Act’’ or the 5

3333 OVEREDPARADE.—In this section, the term 3
3434 ‘‘covered parade’’ means a parade that— 4
3535 (1) is sponsored by the Department of Defense 5
3636 or by the White House or the Executive Office of the 6

3838 (2) is specifically commemorating or paying 8
3939 tribute to the current President. 9
