To nullify certain interagency guidance related to climate-
related financial risk management for large financial in-
stitutions.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. NULLIFICATION OF INTERAGENCY GUIDANCE. 3
The final interagency guidance issued by the Board 4
of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Comp-5
troller of the Currency, and the Federal Deposit Insurance 6
Corporation titled ‘‘Principles for Climate-Related Finan-7
cial Risk Management for Large Financial Institutions’’ 8
(published October 24, 2023) shall have no force or effect 9
