To amend the Agricultural Act of 2014 with respect to
the dairy margin coverage program, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Dairy Farm Resiliency 4
Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. DAIRY MARGIN COVERAGE PROGRAM. 6

RODUCTIONHISTORY.—Section 1405(a)(1) of 7
the Agricultural Act of 2014 (7 U.S.C. 9055(a)(1)) is 8
amended by striking ‘‘during any one of the 2011, 2012, 9

(B) in paragraph (1), by striking 8
‘‘5,000,000’’ and inserting ‘‘6,000,000’’. 9
