To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize the
Secretary of Veterans Affairs to approve multi-State ap-
prenticeship programs for purposes of veterans edu-
cational assistance, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Veterans’ Transition 4
to Trucking Act of 2025’’. 5

Section 3672(c)(1) of title 38, United States Code, 6
is amended— 7
(1) by redesignating subparagraph (B) as sub-8
paragraph (C); 9
(2) in subparagraph (A), in the matter before 10
clause (i), by striking ‘‘The State’’ and inserting 11
‘‘Except as provided in subparagraph (B), the 12
State’’; and 13
(3) by inserting after subparagraph (A) the fol-14
lowing new subparagraph (B): 15
‘‘(B) The Secretary may act in the role of a State 16
approving agency for purposes of approval of a multi-State 17
apprenticeship program.’’. 18
