SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Smart Ship Repair 4
Act of 2025’’. 5

Section 8669a(c)(4) of title 10, United States Code, 5
is amended by striking ‘‘12 months’’ and inserting ‘‘18 6
months’’. 7
