3737 NGENERAL.—The Secretary of Homeland Secu-6
3838 rity and the Secretary of Health and Human Services 7
3939 shall make available to the public on the websites of their 8
4040 respective departments’ information described in sub-9
4141 section (b) relating to individuals unlawfully present in the 10
4242 United States who are— 11
4343 (1) apprehended by U.S. Customs and Border 12
4444 Protection and sent to a federally owned or run de-13
4545 tention center or released into the United States; or 14
4646 (2) processed through a Department of Health 15
4747 and Human Services facility. 16

4949 NFORMATION DESCRIBED.—Information de-17

5252 (1) The daily number of individuals described 20
5353 in subsection (a). 21
5454 (2) The countries of origins of such individuals. 22
5555 (3) The ages and genders of such individuals. 23
