2020 HORTTITLE.—This Act may be cited as the 4
2121 ‘‘Low Income Housing for Defense Communities Act’’. 5

117117 FORCES.—Nothing in the amendment made by this 15
118118 subsection shall be applied or interpreted to require 16
119119 that buildings described in section 42(d)(5)(B)(vi) of 17
120120 the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (as added by 18
121121 this section) be occupied solely by members of the 19
