EFERENCES.—Any reference in a law, map, reg-3
ulation, document, paper, or other record of the United 4
States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall 5
be deemed to be a reference to the ‘‘Officer Anthony 6
Mazurkiewicz Memorial Post Office Building’’. 7
