To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal
the National Firearms Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Repeal the NFA Act’’. 4
SEC. 2. REPEAL OF NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT. 5
Chapter 53 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, 6
and the item relating to such chapter in the table of chap-7
ters for subtitle E, are hereby repealed. 8
