8	16		Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
9		-	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 2

11		-	SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
12		-	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Cost-Share Account-2
13		-	ability Act of 2025’’. 3
14		-	SEC. 2. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. 4
15		-	Section 988 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 5
16		-	U.S.C. 16352) is amended by adding at the end the fol-6
17		-	lowing new subsection: 7
18		-	‘‘(g) R
19		-	EPORTING.—Not later than 120 days after the 8
20		-	date of the enactment of this subsection and at least quar-9
21		-	terly thereafter, the Secretary shall submit to the Com-10
22		-	mittee on Science, Space, and Technology and Committee 11
23		-	on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the 12
24		-	Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and the 13
25		-	Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, and shall 14
26		-	make publicly available, a report on the use by the Depart-15
27		-	ment during the period covered by the report of the au-16
28		-	thority to reduce or eliminate cost-sharing requirements 17
29		-	provided by subsection (b)(3) or (c)(2).’’. 18
