Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. FUEL TAX COVERED OVER INTO VIRGIN IS-3
LANDS TREASURY. 4
(a) I
NGENERAL.—Section 7652 of the Internal Rev-5
enue Code of 1986 is amended by adding at the end the 6
following new subsection: 7

‘‘(j) SHIPMENT OFFUELFROM THEVIRGINISLANDS 1
TO THEUNITEDSTATES.—All taxes collected under sec-2
tion 4081(a) on fuel produced in the Virgin Islands and 3
entered into the United States from the Virgin Islands 4
shall be covered into the treasury of the Virgin Islands.’’. 5
(b) E
FFECTIVEDATE.—The amendment made by 6
this section shall apply to fuel entered into the United 7
States after December 31, 2024. 8
